Shipping
We will ship to Canada, the United States and most International countries. All orders are typically shipped by Expedited Canada Post. Any possible taxes or
duties for shipments that are shipped outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional shipping fees for International orders will be calculated manually after we receive your on-line order. Shipping options and costs will then be
emailed to you so you can approve a desired shipping method. Once we receive confirmation we will ship your item to you.
Delivery
Delivery times will be based on typical Canada Post ground delivery service. Delivery within Canada would take between 2 -9 days. Delivery to the United States
and International would be in as little as 6 business days. If you would like your item delivered by faster or alternative means additional shipping fees may
apply.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (less shipping cost) within 30 days of your purchase as long as the following
requirements are met.
- The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Clothing must not be soiled (including no cigarette smell).
- Models cannot be started or altered.
Please contact us if an item appears to be damaged in shipping. If a part is defective or missing, please contact us. All returns require an RMA # on the
outside of the box being returned. Contact us for an RMA # before returning any shipment.
